Programme overview
Pitch & Mix is Oxford’s termly team formation event, open to all stages and designed to connect ideas with collaborators. It brings together founders, innovators, and problem-solvers from across the University, creating the space where ideas meet the skills needed to bring them to life.
Founders present their ventures, highlighting the expertise and roles they are seeking. Participants then share their own skills, interests, and areas of experience. Through quick-fire pitches, networking, and open conversation, the event sparks collaborations that can grow into co-founder relationships, project teams, and lasting partnerships.
Whether you’re looking for technical expertise, business know-how, creative input, or simply fresh perspectives, Pitch & Mix helps you find the right people to move your idea forward.
Who is it for?
Open to the entire University of Oxford community, including:
- Undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Researchers
- Staff
- Alumni (within 2 years of graduation)
The event is for both founders seeking teammates and participants interested in contributing their skills to early-stage ventures.
How to apply
Pitch & Mix takes place once a term. To take part, simply register online and indicate whether you’d like to pitch an idea or join as a participant. Founders will be given a short slot to present their venture and outline the collaborators they are seeking.
