All-Innovate Bootcamp
Turn your idea into action at the All-Innovate Bootcamp – a hands-on, one-day programme designed to help members of the University community shape early-stage concepts into structured plans.
Programme overview
The All-Innovate Bootcamp is an Inspire stage programme, and will introduce you to proven entrepreneurial tools such as the Lean Canvas, helping you define the problem your idea solves, identify customer segments, design your value proposition, and explore routes to market.
Throughout the day you’ll take part in interactive exercises, conduct quick market research, and share peer-to-peer feedback, with guidance from experienced facilitators. The format is practical and fast-paced, designed to help you test and refine your ideas in real time. By the end of the day, you'll have mastered the Lean Canvas framework for turning ideas into viable business models, gained skills in customer insight, financial planning, and startup sustainability, and built confidence in pitching and communicating your idea.

What will I learn?
In each termly bootcamp, the following topics will be covered:
- Framing the Startup Challenge - Introduction to the Lean Canvas Framework
- Customer Problem and Fit - Customer segments and Problem definition. "Evidence not assumption" - how to test early hypotheses
- Solution, Channels and Traction - Defining the Minimum Viable Solution. Exploring routes to market and traction strategies
- Financial, Pitch and Next Steps - Quick guide to key metrics, costs, and revenue. Storytelling and structuring your pitch deck
Who is it for?
The bootcamp is open to the entire University of Oxford community, including:
- Undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Researchers
- Staff
- Alumni (within 2 years of graduation)
When is it?
The All-Innovate Bootcamp happens every term! All bootcamps are held on a Saturday and take place at Christ Church College:
- Michaelmas term: Saturday 22nd November
- Hilary term: Saturday 7th March
- Trinity term: Saturday 6th June
