A two day residential workshop, 9am-5pm on both days. This workshop is your opportunity to take some 'management time' to focus specifically on your export development and is designed to challenge you to think through your export development, both in terms of what you want to achieve and how you intend to go about it. Building on the work you have already done with your International Trade Adviser (ITA) and periodically throughout the workshop you will have the opportunity to revisit your diagnostic and consider the impact of new thinking on your plan. The workshop is designed to give you plenty of space to think things through, get your questions answered and build an action plan to take your business forward. In the two weeks following the workshop you will have the opportunity for a further meeting with your ITA to review your progress and agree actions. Eligibility: This workshop is only open to companies who are based in the South East region and who participate in the Passport to Export programme.
