This one-day practical course gives the Dos and Don'ts of employing one or more staff, managing one or more staff, and tips that will help to avoid poor recruitment and management practice. The participant will learn from case studies and learning exercises the context, legislation, principles and techniques of employing one or more staff, managing one or more staff, and effective recruitment and management practice.
