Meet the outgoing Managing Director of John Lewis. Andy Street became Managing Director of John Lewis in 2007 having joined them in 1985. He was at the helm of one of the UK’s most recognised retail brands for over nine years and transformed the company into one of our favourite shops. In 2015, he was awarded the CBE for Services to the Economy.

Now a candidate in the forthcoming West Midlands mayoral election, Andy will give an insight into his approach to business and the part that community and charity initiatives play in achieving success. This is a great opportunity, not only to hear from a hugely respected and successful business leader, but also to put your own questions to him.

Tickets are free but must be reserved and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A free breakfast buffet will be served before the session, and there will be the opportunity for networking over tea and coffee on completion. This event, inspired by Oxfordshire's Reciprocate responsible business network and sponsored by Allen Associates, will give local business leaders plenty of ideas to take back to their own organisation, with Andy making the case that doing good is most certainly good for business.
