This is the second business skills workshop to support innovative SMEs being run by Begbroke Science Park and training provider STEMM Commercial for the ISfB programme. Places are limited, book early to secure your place.
Successful Project Management has two sides.
First is the technical understanding of how to shape and organise a project and this is usually the main focus of project management training. The second side is often where the real challenges lie; understanding and managing the people within and outside of the project. In the fluid, often lean, environment of an innovative technology-based SME understanding these requirements is even more critical.
This training will clarify the basic terminologies and requirements of project management and provide an introduction to which people-focused activities and approaches are invaluable to ensure that a project runs smoothly, to scope and is delivered on time.
