Register your interest in attending our two-day residential event designed to give aspiring entrepreneurs the crucial tools, skills and confidence to start-up a business.
You will learn: The seven ways to improve – you will learn how to assess the market, to manage demand as it grows, and how to resource your business optimally without over stretching yourself. You’ll also be taken through the business model canvas process which will give you a blue print to work from when moving forward with your start-up idea. Service design – you will learn how to design products and services with the user in mind, how to genuinely understand the needs of customers, how to embed user feedback into the heartbeat of your business and how to create a customer journey that promotes loyalty to your brand. Agility – setting-up a business can feel like a daunting task. Where to start, how to prioritise, who does what? You will learn the project management approach that has helped set start-ups like Netflix and Spotify apart from their competitors. The ‘Lean start-up’ – for your business to succeed you’ll need some grit! You will learn about the mentality required to thrive in small business, how to deal with the complex problems you’ll inevitably face and how to learn and adapt when things don’t quite go to plan. Entrepreneur boot camp will be an immersive experience that focusses on learning by doing.
It is a two-day event and there is an option to stay overnight on site in shared dormitories as we will be working late into the Thursday evening. Accommodation, materials, meals and refreshments are all free.
