OPuS’s annual author event featuring Tony Buzan, the inventor of Mind Maps®. Join us for OPuS’s annual author event where we welcome Tony Buzan, whose Mind Maps® have helped hundreds of millions of people to unlock their creativity, enhance their memory skills and expand their thought processes.

As a prolific author with more than 100 books to his name (published by BBC Books and Pearson, among others) and with titles translated into 33 languages and sales in over 150 countries, Tony is sure to have some great advice and insights, as well as observations from his interactions with the publishing industry over the course of his career. Tony will also be discussing his latest book, Mind Mapping For Mindfulness (Oxfordfolio) publishing this autumn, in which he shows how to make order from the chaos of the mind and untie those mental and physical knots we all get into. This is set to be a fascinating evening – places are limited, so please register your attendance.

If you are not an OPuS member, please sign up for a ticket and pay in cash on the door.

What is a Mind Map? Originated in the late 1960s by Tony Buzan, the Mind Map is a powerful graphic technique that provides a universal key to unlocking the potential of the brain. It harnesses the full range of cortical skills – word, image, number, logic, rhythm, colour and spatial awareness – in a single, uniquely powerful manner. The Mind Map can be applied to every aspect of life where improved learning and clearer thinking will enhance human performance.
