This Agile Innovation Workshop is offered as part of the Innovation Support for Business (ISfB) programme. To understand how to implement innovative practices as part of business processes, including methods for managing projects, product development and creating organisational agility in a fast-changing business environment attend this half day workshop delivered on behalf of OxLEP Business.

There are many benefits to using Agile methods of working to: track work in progress have a method of open, visual communications in today’s world of closed laptops enable close team working and the ability to be kept updated on a regular basis have a process of measure often in place to capture chances to either ‘pivot or persevere’ with a plan or a project allow constant checking with clients or teams that you are on track by generating several stages of ‘Minimal Viable Product’, i.e., checking on a regular basis with clients or colleagues, that progress is on the correct route allow structured reflection after each stage to give time to either do less of what didn’t work or better, more of what did show progress/improvements ISfB funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and our Workshops are available to eligible Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) under the De Minimis State Aid scheme.
