Tim was for many years the MD of ISIS Innovation, the Technology Transfer arm of Oxford University now called Oxford University Innovation. Tim was a founder shareholder and MD of University spin-out Oxford Asymmetry and saw this company grow from a £100,000 investment, via an IPO to a £350m sale to a German chemical manufacturer in just 8 years.
