1 February 18:00
Having the idea for a business is the easy part. Turning that idea into a functioning business is what separates the millionaires from people with a great idea. And having a business plan will help you do just that. It requires you to think through all the parts of your business and to plan how everything will work. But what should it contain and where should you start?
Join the Oxford Innovation Forum on the 1st February at 18:00 to hear how to design your business plan from Prof Peter Dobson OBE, who has published over 180 papers and 30 patents. He has founded 3 companies and advised on the formation of 8 more. After the seminar there will be an opportunity for networking, so whether you have an interest in innovation, possess skills or advice to offer to startups or are an establihed entrepreneur, we look forward to seeing you for what promises to be a fantastic evening. Note the different venue: please arrive ahead of time to allow for access to the seminar room. This session is part of a series on entrepreneurship in health and life-sciences organised by Innovation Forum Oxford, in collaboration with the MRC Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine.
