The ECI’s Dr Bex White will kick off with an exploration of how researchers and practitioners in the food system can work together, including her experience of setting up a food research network, the Brighton and Sussex Universities Food Network that brings together researchers and practitioners. She will look at the different ways academia and practice can work together, including the pros and cons of each, and explore how Oxfordshire might set up a beneficial and productive network of its own. This event is part of the Research Kitchen series, cooking up a storm with the freshest food research.
