Our foundation session, Lead Conversion from Start to Finish, is a friendly introduction to the heart of any business: sales. Many firms focus on generating leads, but few manage those leads to close and beyond. We start with a recap of the customer lifecycle, before focusing on a key part of that journey: turning prospects into customers. The group then considers three well known approaches, their advantages (and disadvantages) and how to decide which is right for your own business. Should we use a different model for different prospects? Next, we run through a six step process to tailor the models to your business. How do they apply in practice? At this point, it's helpful to review some persuasion techniques and to think about how they apply to our lead management – whether that is face to face, on the telephone or online. We end with a look at Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – and the common mistake to think that CRM means software! What does it really mean and how can it help us retain customers? This full day course is a unique combination of the latest, smartest ideas from leading psychologists and business development experts two decades working with some of the world's leading brands a wealth of experience coaching startups and SMEs delivered as a series of straightforward, easy-to-understand tips that build on each other. No prior knowledge or experience of lead management is required. We start from scratch.
