The talk will start between 12pm and 12:15pm and will run through to 1.00pm, with time for a Q&A session. From 1pm-2pm there will be an opportunity for networking and lunch will be provided for attendees.
Professor Angela Russell tutors Organic Chemistry at St John’s College. In the Chemistry Department she lectures on Heterocyclic, Aromatic and Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Natural Products Chemistry. She is also lectures and teaches practical classes in Biomedical Sciences, Medicine and Pharmacology. Her work has resulted in over 75 publications and patent filings to date and she has founded two companies, MuOx Ltd (acquired by Summit plc in November 2013) and OxStem Ltd. OxStem is a drug discovery company pioneering unique cell programming therapies to treat degenerative diseases with high unmet medical needs.
