We are delighted to have a recognised thought leader and researcher in this field – Professor Veronica Hope Hailey – to lead our thinking. Our speaker – Professor Veronica Hope Hailey Veronica Hope Hailey is Dean, School of Management and Chair in Management Studies at the University of Bath. Her research focuses on the link between Business Strategy, HR Strategy and Change Management and her most recent work has focused on the Repair of Trust in organisations. Veronica is also a member of the UK Government’s Task Force on Employee Engagement.
