Back by popular demand is our series of four interactive workshops following the fortunes of PennMann Technologies (Oxford) Limited.
In this first workshop PennMann Technologies has received some funding and is beginning to build a team to deliver the commercial objectives of the company. The team will consist of founders, academics, employees and consultants (some of whom require a visa to work in the UK).
Workshop one will examine:
Employment, engagement and tax issues for different team members
EMI Schemes and other mechanisms to utilise equity as an incentive
Immigration considerations for founders, employees and consultants
An understanding of the impact a cap table can have on all of the above
The workshop will begin at 4.00pm with registration. Presentations are due to start at 4.15pm and will end with networking over wine and nibbles at 7.30pm.
