Saïd Business School is delighted to welcome Robert Kapito, President and Director of BlackRock, to deliver a session at the School on Thursday 2 November.

Robert S. Kapito is President and Director of BlackRock, a premier provider of global investment management, risk management, and advisory services.

He is also a member of BlackRock's Global Executive Committee and Chairman of the Global Operating Committee, being responsible for day-to-day oversight of BlackRock's key operating units. Mr. Kapito serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania and the Harvard Business School Board of Dean's Advisors. He is also President of the Board of Directors for Hope & Heroes, Chairman of UJA – Federation of New York, and on the Global Leadership Council at Oxford Saïd. He earned a BS degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1979, and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School in 1983.

About the event The seminar is open for anyone to attend and will take place at Saïd Business School followed by a short networking drinks reception until around 7.30pm. Please remember that registration is required to attend this event. Seating will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis to the main room with the speaker. Once that space has reached full capacity, there will be an overflow room with live-beaming of the talk where you will be guided.

Any late arrivals will also be directed to this space and will still be able to submit questions to the speaker.
