About the event
Come hear from Professor Agrawal, founder of the Creative Destruction Lab (CDL), a not-for-profit programme focused on helping founders transform science-based projects into massively-scalable and financeable businesses. The CDL has launched a location at Oxford and we are pleased to welcome the founder to share his insights and vision for the programme.
The Lab is home to one of the greatest concentrations of AI-related startups on Earth. To date CDL has helped to nurture start-ups worth over £2 billion in equity value. Alumni include: Ada, Atomwise, Automat AI, BenchSci, Blue J Legal, Chisel, Deep Genomics, Ecoation, Eigen Innovations, Kyndi and North (previously Thalmic Labs).
In addition, CDL was first in the world to launch a programme dedicated to quantum machine learning startups, and has programmes specifically designed for machine intelligence applied to sectors such as health, energy, and space.
