Commercialising your research
From PhD to Startup Meetup: Oxford Wednesday, January 13 at 7:00 PM
Thinking of turning your (PhD) research into a startup? Hear from people who've walked this path. Our first speaker is Ed Grefenstette, CTO and co-founder of Dark Blue Labs, who were bought out by Google's DeepMind. Ed will be talking about the transition from Academia to Industry.
After the talks we'll have pizza and drinks. One of the hardest parts of starting a startup is finding a co-founder, so make sure you talk to as many people as possible!
Thanks to Entrepreneur First for sponsoring us!
