SpotCoaching – a new way of delivering coaching in volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) environments. Increasing the reach of good coaching can be hard to achieve when resources are limited so SpotCoaching is a way to make professional external coaches available to a broader group in order to maximise the benefits, while keeping costs down.

In this session we will provide an overview of the SpotCoaching model and will share our findings from our recent evaluation of this coaching approach. We will highlight the impact on individuals who took part and discuss the potential contribution of this approach to individual development in a complex, rapidly changing business environment.
