6pm for 6.30pm start Anna McLean and Dan Churchill-Coleman will be jointly facilitating this session on “Trust me – I’m a coach” Trust is the basis for all relationships. As human beings we have a biological and psychological need for safety – can I trust you? Will I be safe with you? Will you let me down? As professional coaches we may take for granted that trust will be established and unconsciously reinforce our client’s safety behaviours. Join us in exploring this fascinating subject as we look at: Creating the conditions for trust Building trust with a new client Levels of trust How do you know trust is established? How do you/can you re-establish trust that is lost? Can you trust someone you don’t respect? Professional photography and video production may be taking place at the event, and these images may be used on future promotional materials for CIPD. Please note that by attending the event, you are giving your consent for your image to be used on any CIPD promotional materials. FAQs Is there parking available at the venue? Yes. What refreshments will be provided? Tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits will be on offer.
