With 'scale' and 'systems change' grabbing headlines, it can be difficult to understand how the two interact or even where the overlap is between scaling an organization’s impact and changing a system. In 'Getting Beyond Better', Sally Osberg and Roger Martin showcase how stable systems perpetuate injustice and inequality until disruption occurs. This disruption leads to an equilibrium shift, or systems change.
In this session, we will go deeper into this idea by hearing stories from Skoll Awardees and leading experts, who are effectively scaling, and look at the systems that they are aiming to shift or have already shifted.
The seminar will be followed by a drinks reception.
