Doing UX research in the context of use is always a great thing to do but not always an option in many projects. This case study presents one of the exceptions: a field-based evaluation of a prototype digital visitors guide for use at Hampton Court Palace. The talk will cover the lean approach taken to the research and challenges of testing a prototype in such a historical setting.
