2023 INNOVATION CHALLENGE DATE: Wednesday 19th May VENUE: The John Henry Brookes Building, Oxford Brookes University, Headington Campus, Gipsy Lane, Oxford, 0X3 0BP The 2023 Innovation Challenge evolved from an idea to encourage our talented multi professional trainees to develop innovations which could make a difference to healthcare. Our 4 outstanding finalists will be pitching their business cases to our prestigious panel of judges who will decide which idea(s) will receive funding and mentoring support for delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase the innovation, excitement and talent of our developing workforce across Thames Valley, bringing real benefits to the quality of care we deliver and aligned with the need to develop improvement capability in all of our health and care staff. This is a unique collaboration between Health Education Thames Valley, Thames Valley and Wessex Leadership Academy and Oxford Academic Health Science Network. Programme Outline: 6.00pm Networking, registration and refreshments 2023 Challenge is now in its second iteration with the finalists getting ready for the Dragons Den. However, there has been a swathe of great applicants which have not made the finals this year and in 2013. We are incredibly keen to support these great ideas and see them flourish. Therefore, at this year’s finals we plan to have a pitching corner where all applicants can meet Investors, NHS Management, Web Developers and other Innovators and hopefully pick up some tips and maybe even the important backing that you need.
