Do you want to find out how you can best track your D&I progress?

Keen to connect with fellow WISE members and hear about their gender balance journey?

If so, join the conversation on 10 February for a deep dive into a key element of the WISE Ten Steps – the evidence-based programme designed to improve diversity at all levels – as we share case studies, insights and experiences on Understanding Your Starting Point at this Ten Steps Focus KSE.

This online session is a must-attend event for Core+ WISE members, whether your organisation is a Ten Steps signatory or you’re keen to find out more about the Ten Steps and how the programme can help drive diversity and performance in your organisation.

You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with the WISE member network and share valuable insights and best practices to help you on your D&I journey. Hear first-hand the successes and challenges experienced by WISE members and learn how you can establish robust metrics and set clear targets.
