Melissa Murdock, co-host of The Imposters Club
Melissa is the co-host of The Imposters Club, a podcast and platform helping you manage the voice in your head telling you that you aren’t good enough. Their latest season The Good Enough Guide is available now and aims to help listeners navigate imposter syndrome and self-doubt in post-lockdown life.
Melissa is a Senior Programme Manager at the Roundhouse in Camden, where she manages empowerment programmes and events for entrepreneurs and freelancers, and is leading on the strategy for their new co-working space due to open in 2022. She also sits on the board of trustees for On Road Media, an award winning charity that tackles social problems by improving media coverage of misrepresented groups and issues.
Sally Day, Enterprise Nation adviser and co-founder at Saltoria Marketing
Sally is the co-Founder and co-director at Saltoria Marketing. Sally and her best friend Vittoria are a team of marketing professionals who left in-house roles last summer to pursue their dream of creating their own marketing company. Together they have over 20 years of experience and share a determination for original, cost-effective and results-based marketing. Saltoria Marketing focuses on supporting small-medium businesses and charities in acquiring and retaining customers through simple, effective and affordable marketing tactics.
Sally is really passionate about being an ally to her friends and colleagues who suffer from imposter syndrome professionally. She loves mentoring, coaching and generally motivating others to embrace their career fears.
Rachel Stockey, founder at She Lives to Fly
Rachel Stockey is a transformational coach and Founder of She Lives to Fly specialising in supporting women to overcome issues relating to confidence and Imposter Syndrome. Rachel is also Head of Entrepreneurial Skills at King’s College London where she is responsible for helping staff, students and alumni to develop entrepreneurial mindsets. Lastly Rachel is Co-Chair (strategy) for Elevate, King’s Gender Equality Network which works to help the university in its mission of achieving gender equality and supports the career progression of women, trans and non-binary staff at King’s.
Tiwalola Ogunlesi, founder at Confident and Killing It
Tiwalola Ogunlesi is a globally recognised coach specialising in positive psychology, Master Neuro-linguistic Practitioner, international speaker and the founder of Confident and Killing It. Confident and Killing It is a purpose driven organisation and community that wakes women up to their worth so they can be confident, unstoppable and dare to live the life they truly desire. Through engaging workshops, coaching sessions and podcasts, Tiwalola equips women with the tools they need to overcome fear and self-doubt, programme their minds for success and take action in life. Since starting in 2018 she’s upskilled over 3000 women in London, NYC, Lagos and delivered engaging experiences for brands/organisations such as Google, Facebook, The Times, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, UN Women UK, The Wing, Beautystack and The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy.
