Making Inclusion your Business is an online panel event featuring people and businesses who work to make spaces more inclusive. From professional inclusion advisors to safe space facilitators for marginalised groups: find out how you can create an inclusive space yourself.
Speakers include-

Cheryl Cole: Editor of DiversityQ  an award-winning journalist and is currently Editor of DiversityQ: an online community advocating and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Due to her own experiences, Cheryl is passionate about affording equal opportunities to all in the workplace, regardless of their difference.

Aneeta Madhaven: Co-Founder of Talking Cranes an ICF accredited Leadership Coach and Global DEI strategist. She is co-founder of Talking Cranes. Talking Cranes partners with organisations to develop talent from diverse backgrounds and experiences to build stronger, more equitable and inclusive organisations.

Nile Henry: CEO of The Blair Project the founder and CEO of The Blair Project. The Blair Project is a trailblazing social enterprise based in Manchester which taps into the climate change activism of urban youth, by providing opportunities for them to participate in the green tech revolution through building, racing and accelerating innovations in electric go karts.

Anna Sturrock: T(ART) Productions Anna (they/she) is the founder of not-for-profit queer arts and events company T(ART) Productions. Creating a safe space for everyone is a core part of T(ART) Productions’ philosophy. The company is led by trans and neurodivergent people and strives to centre marginalised identities in all they do.

This event is part of the ‘Power in Purpose’ themed events at Thrive festival.

Thrive Festival celebrates inspiration, creativity and innovation. Open to everyone, its a chance for those already interested or involved in enterprise to develop their skills and those who arent to get curious.

Enterprise/ Entrepreneurship could mean anything from a project or undertaking, taking initiative, being resourceful, being ‘business minded’ or owning a business or company.

Thrive 2022 will run between Monday 14th and Saturday 19th of November.
