You want to give users of your enterprise the best experience possible. Design Thinking helps you understand your users, challenge assumptions and create innovative solutions.

Design thinking involves five steps:

  • Empathise: What does your user really need?
  • Define: How do you clarify the problem?
  • Ideate: How do you get to a big idea?
  • Prototype: What does your idea look like in action?
  • Test: How do you improve your solution?

Delivered by OCAED, this workshop is an introduction to Design Thinking. Looking at the IDEAS model used for the Brookes Curriculum as an example. IDEAS looks at five elements: Inclusivity, Digital, Employability, Assessment, and Sustainability. You’ll gain knowledge about using Design Thinking in the real world.

Your workshop leads:

Elise Tanner (she/her)

Nicola Beer (She/her)
