We would like to invite you to join in the conversation and hear from our expert panel, who will share their experiences on how they have tackled, faced and overcome challenges around the following topics:
- Maintaining the culture that exists within a small team, when recruiting and expanding the business.
- Promoting your business Worldwide to attract the best talent.
- How to encourage talent from overseas to work with a UK company, particularly when salaries are higher; for example, in the USA.
- Managing teams around the World remotely.

Adam Hildreth is founder and CEO of Crisp, the most trusted provider of 24/7/365 early-warning risk intelligence. He started his first business at the age of 14, becoming the youngest ever UK CEO by founding Dubit, a pioneering social media network, which became one of the most popular destinations for UK teenagers. Dubit was one of the earliest companies to implement online safety technology, which inspired Adam’s vision for Crisp.
Adam went on to work with the UK government to develop the first online child protection laws in 2005; he then left Dubit to set up Crisp. Today his relentless focus on helping to create a digital world that is safe for everyone includes leading brands, global enterprises and social media platforms, for which Crisp protects more than $4.5 trillion of combined market capitalisation. As part of his ongoing commitment to online safety, Adam is a founding member of the Online Industry Safety Association (OSTIA). He also has been included in PRWeek’s Dashboard 25: Class of 2021, and previously he was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year at the Yorkshire Post Excellence in Business Awards, GP Bullhound Northern Tech Young Entrepreneur Award as well as being an active member of the Arthur Page Society.
