Join Kathryn and Tracy at the Oxford Eagle Lab for a great session on how to get the most out of your leadership team

About this event

Focus your leadership team on what matters.

Most entrepreneurs and founders do the start-up stage really well. They are creative, take risks and are full of energy – just what is needed to get a new concept off the ground. Scaling a business requires a wider skill set and as you build your leadership team, you will want to surround yourself with professionals with commercial experience.

How do you get the most out of these key resources? They are likely to be your most expensive investment as you move from start-up to scale-up, so you want them focused on what matters.

How do you make sure that you are concentrating on the right challenges?

How can you use all of your teams’ experience and intellect to help you solve the trickiest problems?

Tracy Smart, founder of The Smart Team and Kathryn Jeacock of DBKT Coaching have joined forces to help you focus your leadership team on the right challenges.

They will share some brilliant techniques you can use to solve those issues and ensure you are making the most of the time you spend together and avoid ‘aimless riffing’.

In this interactive session you will learn;

  • How to build a leadership dashboard to help you focus the conversation on the right challenges
  • How to get the best from your leadership team, unlock breakthrough thinking and come up with effective solutions

Join us on 20th July 2021 at 10:15am until 11:30am at Barclays Eagle Labs at the Woodcentre for Innovation for coffee and croissants. The workshop will start at 10:30am and there will opportunities to network after the event.
