As the global health community responds to the current emergency, how can envisage systems beyond the current ones we live and work in for a future health care systems where everyone thrives? What paradigmatic shifts are necessary and who needs to cede power to get us there? This discussion will explore what beliefs, thoughts, and actions are needed to reimagine municipal and national health systems for a more just future.
