Share Fair: The organisational and strategic work of leading Systems Change – 14:00-15:30 GMT
Leading systems change requires collaboration across diverse systems actors. How can you effectively accomplish this organisational and strategic work? We explore this question through a series of three facilitated conversations with scholars and practitioners who are studying and doing the work of leading change in climate, health, and economic systems.

The pandemic has laid bare the disparities in health outcomes within and between countries. As the global health community responds to the current emergency, how can envisage systems beyond the current ones we live and work in for a future health care systems where everyone thrives? What paradigmatic shifts are necessary and who needs to cede power to get us there? This discussion will explore what beliefs, thoughts, and actions are needed to reimagine municipal and national health systems for a more just future.
