Get stuck in to the Ideas Lab *next week*, from Monday 18th – Friday 22nd July, for the chance to hear from local sustainability groups/charities about current projects and their experiences setting one up; receive useful training on how to come up with and deliver your own project from start to finish; and have support as you plan your own sustainability project!
The Ideas Lab will be a week long opportunity (Monday 18th – Friday 22nd July) combining skills training and brainstorming workshops, to allow students to connect with like minded individuals and begin fleshing out ideas for new ways to make an impact in the Oxford community. You will have the opportunity to explore existing social action projects in the area with the aim to establish their own social enterprise and/or community groups.
This will be held online, with the possibility of making use of the office space for those students that are still in the city over summer.
This is a relatively flexible opportunity for OxUni students, so you can do lots of the volunteering when suits you, and no experience is required!
