Friday 28 January (5-6PM) and Saturday 29 – Sunday 30 January: weekend sessions running 10am-5PM
The Social Action Labs are designed to equip students with the formal skills needed to create real change in student activism movements and in their careers post-graduation. More specifically, the Labs aim to participants from inspiration to directly engaging with the local community by becoming aware of local issues, developing a sense of agency and having the opportunity to test out ideas.
Please fill out this google form if you’d like to attend our upcoming Social Action Lab, which will be focussing on all things campaigning. No prior experience required, only an interest in actioning positive social change!
The Lab will take place online over the course of a weekend beginning on the evening of Friday 28th (5-6PM) to Sunday 30th January (weekend sessions running 10am-5PM).
Activities include practical workshops alongside practical team planning in response to a brief, delivered by one of our existing community partners. For this upcoming Lab, we’re excited to be partnering with Oxford Mutual Aid, with a focus on formulating new campaign to strengthen involvement between student and community members.
