Training today’s leaders of high-growth businesses to become the next generation of leading decision-makers in UK engineering and technology.
The Shott Scale Up Accelerator is a six-month programme that develops, nurtures and strengthens the leadership capabilities of senior decision makers in high-growth engineering and tech SMEs to scale their business to the next level.
We believe connections should be built to last, so participants can expect a lifetime of support through connection to an exceptional community of engineers and innovators, mentors, coaches and over 300 Enterprise Hub members and Fellows of the Academy.
Places on the programme are gained through a two-stage competitive application process, with selected candidates awarded a place on the programme and membership of the Enterprise Hub for life.
All support is at no cost to you or your company, we do not take equity or charge fees.
