SeedWISE illuminates and explores potential industrial and enterprise career routes for women DPhil researchers, as well as building new connections and community across departments. Don’t just take our word for it; almost 100% of participants said that they would recommend SeedWISE to a friend or colleague! As one alum outlined: ‘I never really imagined myself in entrepreneurial career. I usually thought of myself following the conventional route of either academia or industrial. Now I think more of what impact I want to make, getting out of my comfort zone and going beyond what’s conventional.’
