About this event

In today’s global fast-paced, high-stakes, “always-on” culture, the demands of work and life can increasingly stretch our boundaries and our tolerance to stress. Something has to give, and usually, that something is our personal resilience. Our ability to think, feel and act our way to true productivity often comes at the cost of our happiness.

There has never been a more important time to prioritise learning skills and abilities to help us face the future with creativity, positivity and optimism and by relying on our own inner resources.

We’re delighted to be joined by Dr Glenda Rivoallan who is an expert in resilience and the Founder of We Talk Wellbeing and Fitmanor, so she knows a thing or two about startup fitness businesses, having successfully sold her last two brands.

During this session, she will be sharing simple steps to help you invest in yourself and being the best version of yourself. She will share with us resilience and mindfulness techniques to help us move forward and thrive in all areas of our lives.

In this session, we will cover:

  • The power of the present
  • The importance of mindfulness of thought
  • How to regulate emotions
  • Habits to further develop resilience
