About this Event
So far, almost 30 million jobs have been lost in the US and UK alone, with millions still counting around the world. The health and economic impact of Covid-19 are far-reaching.
So, where do we go from here? how do we react, pivot and re-build even as uncertainties persist?
Join us for our next global forum featuring crisis and disruption experts who will share life-enhancing tools and tips on redefining, and rebuilding through adversity and crisis.
This is a must-attend for anyone who has been impacted by the ongoing global health and economic crisis.
The Sister Sister Network is a global community promoting gender equality through leadership skills training and networking events. We offer free training to women on key areas of leadership and personal development, and we create networking spaces for women to connect with peers, senior leaders and gender equality advocates.

We are delighted to kick-start our free Leadership For Women Forums in 2020.

In light of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the forum will focus on:
– Showing up Online
– Resilience and Courage in a Crisis
– Effective Communication
– Wellness and Wellbeing.

Aduke Onafowokan, Founder, The Sister Sister Network

Aduke is a leadership and diversity coach who travels the world, speaking to audiences about effective leadership practice, gender, diversity and intersectionality (when multiple aspects of identity overlap).
With a clear focus on recruiting, developing and retaining diverse talent, Aduke works with organisations to understand and manage the complex challenges of attracting and managing a diverse workforce and how to unlock the opportunities this presents.

With over 10 years of practical experience in Project Management, Training and Talent Development as well as scholarly expertise on leadership and gender from INSEAD and University of Oxford, Aduke’s bespoke programmes help to develop leaders and leadership across cultures and backgrounds.
As well as working with global organisations such as Deloitte, British American Tobacco and UK Ministry of Defence, Aduke has also founded initiatives such as the 4000+ member Sister Sister Network and Inclusivitii Ltd, and hosts keynotes, training and workshops as well as business consultations on diversity, ethnicity, gender, leadership, and intersectionality.

Featuring conversations designed to boost self-awareness, self-confidence and self-development in business and career, our forums are perfect for people who are interested in influence and impact.
Leadership is not about job titles or financial authority, it is simply the ability to impact and influence others. Understanding leadership can make a real difference in business development, career progression and a general sense of fulfilment.
We hope to see you there.
