Aduke Onafowokan, Founder, The Sister Sister Network
Aduke is a leadership and diversity coach who travels the world, speaking to audiences about effective leadership practice, gender, diversity and intersectionality (when multiple aspects of identity overlap).
With a clear focus on recruiting, developing and retaining diverse talent, Aduke works with organisations to understand and manage the complex challenges of attracting and managing a diverse workforce and how to unlock the opportunities this presents.
With over 10 years of practical experience in Project Management, Training and Talent Development as well as scholarly expertise on leadership and gender from INSEAD and University of Oxford, Aduke’s bespoke programmes help to develop leaders and leadership across cultures and backgrounds.
As well as working with global organisations such as Deloitte, British American Tobacco and UK Ministry of Defence, Aduke has also founded initiatives such as the 4000+ member Sister Sister Network and Inclusivitii Ltd, and hosts keynotes, training and workshops as well as business consultations on diversity, ethnicity, gender, leadership, and intersectionality.
