Save Money, Win Tenders… Support for Start-Ups, Scale-Ups and entrepreneurs to navigate procurement for business success

WHY?

Although all businesses are involved with procurement on a daily basis, we aren’t necessarily consciously engaged in how best it can serve or how to engage effectively with the procurement teams of other organisations. Navigating this process can initially be bewildering, and for some intimidating, but getting it right can set your course for longevity and success.

Who is it for?

For start-ups, businesses and entrepreneurs who have so far limited resources dedicated to procurement. It is likely you feel ill-equipped and lacking in confidence to implement meaningful procurement strategies and in responding successfully to tender requests. You may be initiating discussions with procurement professionals about your products and services and are looking for advice on how best to proceed.

What will you learn?

  • Via a 60 minute online webinar
  • Getting your company ready for procurement – Understanding the basics to get yourself a head start
  • Becoming an approved supplier – process and requirements.
  • Interfacing with a procurement team – Greater clarity and understanding in answering a tender effectively, what the buyer wants.

Your presenter – Lindsey Eynon

I’m an MCIPS certified procurement professional with 20 years corporate experience within BMW. I’ve managed, trained and mentored buyers. I understand how organisations think and work and what they are looking for from their suppliers. From onboading new suppliers, negotiating contracts to managing supply chain relationships – I have done it and trained others in how to do it.

In addition to being a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS), I am a certified coach with both CTI (CPCC) and the International Coaching Federation (ACC). I now run my own business as a procurement consultant, coach and mentor.
