Save Money, Win Tenders… Support for Start-Ups, Scale-Ups and entrepreneurs to navigate procurement for business success
Although all businesses are involved with procurement on a daily basis, we aren’t necessarily consciously engaged in how best it can serve or how to engage effectively with the procurement teams of other organisations. Navigating this process can initially be bewildering, and for some intimidating, but getting it right can set your course for longevity and success.
Who is it for?

It is likely you feel ill-equipped and lacking in confidence to implement meaningful procurement strategies and in responding successfully to tender requests. You may be initiating discussions with procurement professionals about your products and services and are looking for advice on how best to proceed.
