This webinar is the next in the series for OxLEP’s Start Up Club.

Business Growth takes planning – this Webinar will cover all the things you need to consider either from start up or as an established business to ensure your business grows and grows safely.

Who is it for?

Especially useful for new businesses, start-ups and prestart businesses hoping for rapid growth, for established businesses looking to kick start growth and most importantly for any business already growing rapidly

What will you learn?

Growth in a business rarely just happens, it needs to be kickstarted and planned, safe growth is essential to ensure cashflow, capacity and supply, don’t trip you up. More businesses fail running out of money trying to grow than for lack of customers. This session will help you consider all aspects of the business to plan growth, understand what’s required, plan cashflow and investment, what equipment, people, resources you will need and help to design your business to cope with all the pitfalls growth can bring.
