Are COVID cancellations impacting your business? Peer Networks can help you build resilience and rethink your strategy for 2022!

Are COVID cancellations impacting your business?

Whatever your view on COVID concerns and restrictions, it is clear that businesses will need to dig deep into their resilience reserves over the next few months. Businesses will need to respond, to recharge and to rethink their plans and strategies to move ahead again in 2022.

The Peer Networks programme is bringing together diverse groups of business leaders so you can discuss your business challenges with your peers. Through interactive action learning, the programme enables you to discuss your own challenges, gain and reflect on valuable feedback and implement practical solutions to overcome them.

We have brought together some of the UK’s most experienced business and innovation coaches, mentors and advisors to facilitate and support the programme. This is a great opportunity to create an expert virtual team to help you and your business to succeed in 2022!

This exclusive group of 11 ambitious business leaders will meet via Zoom on Monday lunchtimes from 12pm to 2pm, starting on 31st January, and continuing weekly for 9 weeks.

Those participating will also get 4 hours of one to one coaching, mentoring or business advice.

To be eligible the businesses must:

• Be based in or have a trading address in Oxfordshire; and,

• Have 5 or more staff and a turnover over £100k, or

• Have 2-4 staff and a turnover over £200k, or

• Have 2-4 staff and have a female or ethnic minority leader.
