Oxford Initiative for Inspiring Entrepreneurial Diversity (OXIFIED) aims to catalyse racial and gender equity, diversity and inclusion in the Oxford social entrepreneurship ecosystem through education, public engagement and research. During the 2021-22 academic year, we will be working with partners across the Oxford ecosystem to share best practice for building equitable, diverse and inclusive ventures.

Speakers:
Brandolon Barnett is an innovator, author, and entrepreneur who helps build and lead products, initiatives, and partnerships that bring together tech and social impact to move resources to people who need them. He is currently the Chief Product Officer for Deed, a Y Combinator backed company building solutions for Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) enabling employees to support causes through their giving, volunteering, and engagement. He is also the leader of the Democratize Ventures investing and advisory initiative. His previous work includes roles as the head of Corporate Social Responsibility Industry Solutions within Salesforce’s Philanthropy Cloud and as the leader of Growfund (mygrowfund.org).
Meg Massey is a writer and strategist committed to democratizing the conversation about finance and social impact. She is the co-author of Letting Go: How Philanthropists and Impact Investors Can Do More Good By Giving Up Control (2021). In 2019 she founded Sanspeur, a strategic communications firm that works with impact investors and other social sector leaders around the world. She previously held roles at the Global Steering Group for Impact Investment (GSG), Monitor Deloitte, and in the Obama White House.
