The pandemic has upended the workplace, stretching us all to the limit. Public health measures created a new environment, forcing different roles and new working practices. The ongoing uncertainty amplifies an existing mental health crisis in the workforce and coping strategies that we used before the pandemic are no longer effective.

Join Peter Drobac, global public health expert and Executive Director of the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship and Henry Majed (MBA 2011-12), Visiting Fellow of the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship and cofounder of MyMynd, for an interactive discussion on the emerging leadership lessons and more.
