Muhannad Alomari

Dr. Muhannad Alomari, Head of the London AI Hub in Rolls-Royce plc, presenting their work with the Motor Neurone Disease Association

About this Event

Dr. Muhannad Alomari will be speaking about Tech for Good initiatives at Rolls Royce, with some extremely interesting updates on their Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology that helps people with motor neurone disease (MND). This webinar will be openly accessible on the 14th June 1.30pm-2.15pm GMT.

This webinar series is a part of the Catalyst Tech Accelerator Programme running in summer 2021. Catalyst is a 10 week programme of weekly training and mentoring for Oxfordshire based Tech businesses to scale up and get investment ready with the opportunity to pitch for £10,000. Catalyst is powered by Oxford Brookes Enterprise Support in partnership with the Institute for Ethical AI.

By the end of this event you will have a greater understanding of the initiatives that Rolls Royce are running with the Motor Neurone Disease Association, how this is helping people with motor neurone disease, and the many ways in which technology can be harnessed for good. We welcome you on this journey and we hope you will join us as we continue exploring Tech for Good in the rest of our series.
