What is the pre-accelerator programme?

The pre-accelerator programme invites you to explore the commercial viability of your idea, before pitching to join our full Accelerator programme. Not just for start-ups and spin-offs, we coach entrepreneurialism at every stage from idea to exit. No fees, no shares, no equity and no board seats. We ask for nothing but commitment.

What will I learn?

Join us for a 3-day Pre-Accelerator Workshop, delivered by BioCity, where we’ll identify gaps in your business, evaluate risks and help shape a business model that stands-up to the scrutiny of potential investors, partners and customers.

During the pre-accelerator you will learn to apply the tools and techniques required to identify your target customers and stakeholders, explore their needs and design your product accordingly. You will also learn how to shape your business model and value story for a scalable and sustainable business.

What are the benefits?

The post-workshop networking provides an opportunity to connect with our mentors and potential investors.

Applying the tools and techniques learnt, you’ll then spend 4 weeks in customer discovery shaping your business model, before returning to pitch for one of the limited number of places on the programme.
