We are pleased to announce the long-awaited return of OBN’s BioThirstday informal networking events, which will be kindly hosted by Oxford Innovation on Thursday 14th October and the Wood Centre for Innovation in Oxford.

Prioritising purposeful networking is more valuable than ever post pandemic, but there is no doubt that face-to-face meetings have been missed. If you would like to get back out into the world and catch up with colleagues across the industry and grow your network, we’d be delighted for you to join us.

Attendance on the night is complimentary for all, there’s no set agenda, just a welcome by our Host, some complimentary drinks and nibbles and plenty of networking.

About our host, Oxford Innovation:

Oxford Innovation is the UK’s leading operator of innovation centres with 26 managed facilities around the British Isles. Five of the Centres offer flexible wet lab space, ranging from dedicated labs with shared facilities, to shared benches, where life science companies can start without investing in expensive equipment. Recently one of our customers started their business by sharing a bench between the two founders at Heyford Park Innovation Centre and have now expanded to bespoke new lab space at the Oxford Trust’s Wood Centre for Innovation.

Oxford Innovation provide business coaching and mentoring services and manage investment networks that link investors with entrepreneurs seeking funding from £20,000 to £2m.
