Join us on Thursday Feb 24th at 1230pm UK time / 730a ET for a conversation with Melvin Mezue MD DPhil, a Partner at McKinsey in the New York office.

Melvin completed his DPhil in Neuroscience at St Hugh’s College in 2013, and has gone on to a remarkable career.

While at Oxford, Melvin Mezue was President of the Africa Society, Divisional Representative for the Student Union, a tutor, part of the MCR Committee, and an Academic Foundation Doctor. Melvin was named a Rare Rising Star 2013 (Winner) and named the ‘UK’s top black student.’

Melvin’s research has been exhibited at the Science Museum and featured on BBC’s The One Show. He has also founded companies, including Idozi, a mobile health service in Nigeria.

This session offers an excellent opportunity to learn more about healthcare disparities, health equity, and how to transition from science into consulting. Melvin graduated from St Hugh’s College in Neuroscience (DPhil) and leads McKinsey’s advanced analytics work in the healthcare space.
