This month’s speaker is Temi Anubi, the founder of strategic marketing consultancy Reset Your Stage. Temi lives in Oxford, loves to cook, and one of her big passion projects is creating content for ‘Rail Sale 4 Change’ which raises money for charity through pre-loved clothes sales.
She’ll be helping us demystify the data behind our marketing efforts, so we can get a firm grip on how to plan for and measure success. So we’ll start by looking at how to set meaningful KPIs, making sure that our strategies for everything from one-off campaigns and product launches to our ongoing social media efforts include clear, realistic, measurable goals. Then we’ll talk through the dizzying mix of data we’ve got at our fingertips (likes and follows, page and post views, email open and click rates, conversion and sales figures…) and learn how to avoid falling for vanity metrics – instead identifying which stats are genuinely relevant and important for understanding success in both the short and long term.
