The third in a series of IFO workshops reframing entrepreneurial failure. Led by Sara Mosleh, UX Research Consultant at Novo Nordisk

Unknowingly neglecting your end-user’s take on your solution.

Learning and pivoting from failure is the theme of Innovation Forum Oxford’s 20/21 ACE Saturdays workshop series. This is the third workshop in the series, led by Sara Mosleh, UX Research Consultant at Novo Nordisk. Find out more about the entire workshop series here.

In this workshop Sara will introduce you to how to ensure that your users’ voices are being heard during any development process. She will be demonstrating how involving your users through every stage of the process can ensure that you are addressing the right user challenges. The workshop will be based on a medical case study and hands-on activities of different user involvement techniques. This will enable you to bring in your users’ voices at the right time and in the right way, to avoid the failure of creating products and services that frustrate people.
