It’s been quite a year so far! Remember when Brexit was the only news?

So far in 2020 we’ve had a global pandemic, a climate emergency, entering Lockdown, leaving Lockdown…and it’s only July!

We are in unchartered waters now, with a transition phase imminent, and a different world beyond that which will need great leaders. Your organisation needs you to be a great leader now.

“Let’s work the problem, let’s not make things worse by guessing.” (Gene Kranz, NASA Flight Controller Apollo 13)

Google leadership and you will be overwhelmed – there are hundreds of definitions and thousands of opinions telling you the thing you need to do to be a great leader. There is no silver bullet to fast track your leadership, but there are key principles and ingredients that stand the test of time and are available to you as a leader who wants to grow. The ‘Leading beyond’ webinar will introduce you to leadership development thinking that will inspire your own leadership journey and help you to navigate the challenges, issues and dilemmas that are live in your context right now.

Your host for the webinar is Richard Cartlidge. Richard’s pedigree is British Military – he was a navigator on Chinook helicopters in the Royal Air Force. Richard successfully transferred his significant operational experience along with his academic study of leadership into the corporate space 20 years ago – now working with leaders, leadership teams and organisations to drive performance and deliver results.
