Inspiring and managing a diverse and growing team has been one of the key challenges for Award-winning charity, SOFEA.
In this workshop, founder and CEO Richard Kennell shares some of the lessons from the journey.
Who is it for?
This workshop is aimed at SMEs that are Social Enterprises, social entrepreneurs, enterprising charities and other purposeful businesses committed to enabling positive social and environmental impact.
About SOFEA
SOFEA are one of our six social enterprise Hubs and they have a dual social mission – educating disadvantaged young people and providing surplus food to other not for profit organisations.
Founded just over 5 years ago, it has grown to a revenue of £1.5m, employing 48 people on three sites.
